Alex: A short bus and boat ride later we were back in Buenos Aires and just in time for the San Telmo Antiques Market. The market is a regular Sunday fixture and the quiet square where we had previously had a drink in was now full of stalls selling any old thing you might want. Lots of art, crafts, jewelery, glass, silver - the list goes on. We had a thorough look round but didn't buy anything (how are we going to get a set of champagne glasses home?) and instead opted for sitting and having a drink and watching the world go by. Joy of joys the bar we chose sold cider! We also caught a Tango display that was held in the square, it is such a cool dance - I would love to learn.
The next day we did a bit more hanging around Buenos Aires before catching our evening bus to Viedma just in the north of Patagonia. Despite the lack of photos we have loved Buenos Aires. It is a beautiful city with a lovely atmosphere about it, definitely one of our favorite cities so far.
