Konecne jsme spaly v poradne posteli a meli poradnou vanu:]]Co vic si muzem prate?

English - After hideaway bay we took a short trip down to the McKay Highlands to catch up with some of the shy DuckBill Platypus'. We were not disappointed and within 10 mins of looking we saw one digging around in the bottom of the river, oblivious to us staring at him. It was great to camp in the highlands because of the drop in temperature and a good nights sleep away from the flies! After the highlands we shot back to the coast for a couple of days relaxing and no driving. We found a secluded place called Seaforth and were the only people walking on the beach all day. The fishing wasn't very productive but we certainly waded through a few chapters of our books. That is the thing that separates Australia from many of the other places we have been to. More often than not we are alone whereas everywhere else is packed full of tourists and locals - it just takes a little longer getting anywhere because of the distances. The week before we were invited to stay with Karen and Rob in McKay and promised a roast dinner. How could we refuse such a generous offer and got round there pretty sharp on Friday afternoon. We were invited into their house, fed and watered for the whole weekend after only meeting them for a couple of hours the weekend before - now that is hospitality!! A very big thanks for that and we would have liked ot have stayed longer but couldn't eat any more!

Hey there! Looks like you're enjoying yourselves - Loving the updates and your photos are amazing!

I've emailed you a few times, but you don't reply! :( Obviously you've forgotten your friends at Haydons Road (*sob*), whilst we, on the other hand, pray to images of you, light candles and burn incense...

Just in case my mails are being relegated to your Junk mail, add me (kathmonk... show all
