After the Blue Grass Parkway our fourth stop along the Bourbon Trail was Four Roses. Most of the distilleries close around 4pm and it was getting late so we had to choose between doing a full tour at Four Roses or being able to do the tour at Wild Turkey. After reading through other people's reviews I had heard that the tour at Wild Turkey was better than Four Roses. So with that we popped our heads into Four Roses intending just to get our book stamped. We told them the situation and they stamped our passport.  They were glad we came to see them and offered us a free tasting.  We joined the tour in progress in the tasting room.  This gave us enough time to get to Wild Turkey for their last tour.
We did the tasting and it was super yummy! They specialize in creating various flavor combinations that come out in different batches with a specialty one each year.
