Europa Park WAS AWESOME!!!
On Thurs Rhiannon, Damo, Amy, Dinko and I went from Ranin's place to Europa Park (down near Freiburg), which is one of the biggest theme parks in Europe. Although some of the attractions (including the main rollercoaster-Silverstar) were closed, there were plenty of scary and not so scary rides and amusements to keep us entertained all day! e.g. rollercoasters, tubing on snow, flying chairs, circus', dodgem cars, toffee apples and themed areas of the park (each part of the park is a country in Europa). Dad and Mike- you'll be happy to know that i have overcome my fear of rollercoasters- and i LOVE THEM now!! Friday night saw us all back in Tübingen for an Aussie Christmas FEAST at Amy and Damos, with table decorations, candles, K.K pressies and a christmas tree to boot. The nights festivities also continued along the lines of charades and celebrity heads combat- tons of fun and silliness.
Now i have to go pack and get ready- tomorrow i'm going to Karlsruhe to pick up my new glasses (turns out i'm short-sighted- who knew!) and then on Wednesday Rhiannon and I start our Hamburg/Berlin/London/France-Brittany Christmas and New Years extravaganza Part.2!
