My first major stop in Costa Rica was in the town of Jaco which lies on the pacific side
towards Manuel Antonio / Quepos.

Jaco has it all. Its like little america with all alike shops and restaurants.
Also its a tourist town with lots of hotels and, of corse, some very nice beaches near by.

Also you find good spots to park overnight directly at the seaside.
look at the far left side of the beach!

its pretty save also.
