Just using an old cliché, but one that does real justice to it here, is the one that says, “This is a beautiful place for children young and old alike.” No preambles needed or explained. Just go, see and experience it.
Our visit was fourteen hours long and two parks. After 9:00PM, rides are easier to get into since most people with small children go home.
Best time for adults to visit the grounds is when they are at school, otherwise expect waits of up to two hours or longer to get in some of them
A one-day pass to two parks and for children over the age of ten, costs $125.00/person. Parking $15.00/Car.
One thing when it comes to food, anybody making the trip here, has to make sure that their pockets are deep AND have a fat wallet in them, especially if children are involved.
Bring your own and ignore their request not to do so. For example, the cost of an orange will rob you of $2.00, large popcorn of $12.00. If you add a large soft drink, the bill will be close to $20.00 for just one person for one snack. You do the math for a family of four and a minimum of a twelve hours visit. Plus, keep in mind that the exit of each ride lands you in a gift shop with the theme of that ride. So, if you have kids, expect for them to wring you for some sort of trinket of their favorite character.
