3 days out
Well, its coming faster than I thought it would be this week, work usually drags out super long, but its Wednesday already! Totally stoked, just need to finish up a few things and I will be free! Though I didn't lose the weight I planned on...I didn't think I have really been that bad as far as eating but apparently I was and I have not been consistent with my working out as last year, due to my shoulder, so I need get back to working out more consistently and I think the weight will drop off. Im totally stoked to see Brendan and everyone at WRSC! I am already thinking about how its going to be so weird without the rest of the crew, Anna, Jenn, Maya, Jill, Sean, Rafa, Paul and April, John "The Gambler" Lee, the DC crew-Cathleen & David, Candace and Christina, Johnny, Eric, John K, Jeffy B, Phil and what's that guys name, Charlie Bravo...oh yeah Claudio...lol.  Well everyone is going to be missed, even Claudio.

1 more work day to go
I can't believe I have one more day to go and leave on Saturday morning! I talked a little bit with Brendan last night, he got some old school Quicksilver gear so he will be sporting some retro 80's threads on da beach! I of course have my Rusty boardies and O'Neil rashguards. But I must say with the amount of money I have spent buying Rusty gear, I should be able to get sponsored by them?
I had my last PT session last night, and my shoulder feels pretty good, so that is a good sign, I even went an bought a few of those squeeze ice paks, so if Im too lazy to get ice I have a few of those to throw on the shoulders, knees, elbows, ribs etc. Chatted with Rafa, well with both Rafa's the other night on Facebook, but WRSC Rafa is stoked for us to be there this week, he said waves are pretty big and there is rain, but it is rainy season. I have been watching the webcam lately and there are people on the beach so the rain can't be too bad. We will be surfing most of the time anyways so no worries, I will just not have a tan upon my return. I do wish I had a fast forward button to get through these days at work, my focus, as you can obviously tell, is not on work, but on the trip.
Joe and his Staff made changes to their website and it is really badass, it looks great! So check it out!  http://www.witchsrocksurfcamp.com/

Im going to add a quote of the day part to my blogs as well, so you can both get a Surf education and some wise travel philosophy as well, but I really like collecting quotes and this is one of my favorites, it shows up at the beginning of a great foreign film, which won an academy award back in the early 90s - Mediterraneo, I saw it on Bravo years ago, when Bravo was a good channel not the mindless garbage channel that it is today, how depressing, anyways, Im rambling...here is your quote of the day.
