With only having just gone to bed getting up to get the bus for the start of a 10 hour journey to Siem Reap just did not happen this morning, or at least not for Mark and I who decided to stay on while Zian and Shirly, obviously with greater will power than us (not hard), managed to make the move.

With one from each room having left we played musical rooms again with me moving into Mark's room so still paying the same half price.

Continuing our lazy start to the day we headed out for some more beach time running into Melena the Cambodian girl from last night with some of her friends and arranging to meet up again tonight. The rest of the day we spent lazing on the beach talking with some of the kids selling string bracelets who once they'd accepted we would not be buying were happy to just sit and talk and mess around Beach Cow

.

One thing we have continued to notice here is the number of people wearing what look like pyjamas but are obviously just everyday clothing to them. Still weird though seeing someone walking along the beach wearing bright teddy bear PJs selling fruit or going for a swim since like most in South East Asia they tend not to bare all before getting in the water unlike most westerners, some of whom really shouldn't. "Hey it's a gorilla, no wait my mistake!"

Back at the guesthouse, Ant who we'd met on Don Det island turned up so we did bit more room shuffling to squeeze another mattress in all for the sake of another $0.50 saved. Hey every penny counts!

After a few games of pool and a huge meal with proper chunky chips we headed back out to Eden's bar on the beach for a few drinks with happy hour appearing to be longer than regular hours.
