The next day we really just spent most of the day driving north. The scenery was still really amazing and was really cool just to watch it go past. We had an early night in Korgen and then got up ridiculously early to go and see the Svartisen Glacier, which sits just above the arctic circle line. Now to get to the glacier we had to catch a boat and then scramble for about 50 minutes over rocks and waterfalls following flags. It was also very cold and pouring down rain the entire time and we got really, really wet!!!!! I'm usually pretty happy to climb over whatever but this was a truly miserable time to get to and from the glacier. That being said it was really amazing when we finally got there and was worth the effort. It was huge (the second biggest glacier in Norway) and was really great as we were the only people crazy enough to go out there on a day so miserable so there was no one else about. After having photos with the glacier we then scrambled back down to the boat and decided to pull out some dry clothes and get changed.
