Our second day and what a day. We started by trying to buy an ex-rental campervan without success. Apparently every campervan in Australia is in demand at the moment because Sydney is so BLOODY COLD that everyone here wants to be somewhere else! It's also the school holiday season so we are told. This might mean that people will buy them to lock the kids in -  who knows? We have an appointment to see a dealer tomorrow who we think will be able to help us.

It's strange here, early morning and later at night it feels extremely cold but when the sun shines it is really very pleasant so we tend to go out during the day and drink Victoria Beckham, sorry, Victoria Bitter at night.

This afternoon we saw the Harbour Bridge and Opera House . They were really stunning said Chris. I, however, thought that they were really stunning. Ok, we both thought that they were great, not exactly a matching pair but aestetically they were magic. No doubt we shall see them again on lots of occasions.

By the way, schooners are shit - they are smaller than pint pots. Need I say more.
