I can not believe that my time in Europe is over, but I leave this afternoon for Egypt!!  Greece has been a really nice last stop.  My Grammy and Grampy, who usually eat 2 BIG tomatoes between them at dinner would be so proud of all the tomato and cucumber salads I have come to love here in Athens!  And my sister would be disgusted! :-) 

I am really looking forward to being led for a bit by someone else on my 15 day tour in Egypt.  It will be great and hopefully a nice way to relax and enjoy a totally new place!! 

I am many steps into the journey, but this a big step over from the European Continent to the African Continent on my quest to eventually see them all!!  (Even Antarctica one day soon I am thinking!  Working on that idea in my mind!) 

I wanted to send a message to let you all know that I am not sure how often I will be able to update the blog while I'm in Egypt, but whenever I can I will fill you in on what I am doing and experiencing there!  Keep checking though and email too if you want!  I want to hear what you all are doing too you know!!
