I made it to London!  And now I'm exhausted!  I can hardly make myself type anything else I'm so tired.  I usually sleep so easily on planes, but not last night.  Considering it is 5:15am in Raleigh and I only managed about 1 hour or so of sleep I think I am just going to have to cut myself some slack.

Getting to London from the airport was really easy, except for the fact that it was the morning rush hour and I felt extremely out of place with the working professionals of London.  I am feeling much more apprepriate now with people coming in and out with backpacks etc.  But a little surprisingly to me plently of huge rolling suitcases too.

I haven't decided if hosteling is for me yet.  I know, I know...I just got here!  But, first impressions...good, not great.  Would probably be a little easier to feel comfortable if I was with somebody else that I knew, but it all is quite an experience for sure!

Ok...that is seriously it...I can't write anything else now...going to sit down on the couch.

Hi Ali, Glad to hear the you made it! Give hosteling some time. I am sure that you'll settle in. We have had very London-like weather here - cold and rainy - hope you are fairing better. Keep us updated on how things go! Love, Erin (and CJ)
