So the first two and a half weeks are now behind; there has been so much going on, I'm kind of having trouble trying to remember all the things I have done and experienced in here already. Perhaps it is best to start from the beginning, or what do you think..? :)

We (meaning Niina and me, Niina is my room mate) landed in Denmark 12th of September, in the afternoon and our buddy Jesper was there to take us safe right to our new "home". My other suitcase is now missing one handle; maybe it was too heavy..? :) In the morning, to get to the airport, I used car (Late brought me there), then obviously the aeroplane to get to Copenhagen airport in Denmark. From Copenhagen we were supposed to get to Roskilde, and the easiest and cheapest way is to take a train, so that is what we did (luckily Jesper was with us, it is frightening to think what could have happened if we had been there all by our selves..). Then, finally in Roskilde railwaystation we started to think how we could find Frederiksborgvej 216. Jesper found the buss for us, 603 (which stops right in the front of our house!) and we filled the vehicle with all our luggage! Guess the expression on the buss drivers face when we got in there?! :D

So during the one day I used car, plane, train and buss to get here, maybe I'll have to go home by boat or..

Our hosts, Lone and Kjeld, are really nice and friendly, and they have made our stay here very pleasant! Lone is a teacher, Danish and German as well as Danish history and is now teaching 10-year-olds in a local school. Kjeld is an architect and has four or five computers ;) Their son, Rasmus, has moved out and is now living with his girlfriend in the centrum, they are both studying in the University of Roskilde. Lone and Kjeld also have a dog, a Labrador called Sara. She's like our dog used to be; sweet, lovely and fat :)
