Red Deer - Cowboy country.

We stopped here to visit Terri and Jason, friend's of Stacey's - and to get us a little closer to home. Well we were expecting a rather quite night but it was far from that.

We went to a bar called 'Billy Bobs' a country and western type bar. It was brilliant, with country music all night. There was not crap about asking someone to dance.... anyone who could dance asked someone else up and well I learned a few steps along the way.... No line dancing with the exception of one dance....

We had a little bit to drink that night too. It was ladies night and the shots and mixers were just $4. It was a late night and I left sorry for Jason (our designated driver for the night) who had to be up at 6.30am for work - oh I love being on holidays!!!

The following morning Terri had a feed ready for us to help nurse the hangovers - it went down well.

The aim was to get on the road early to visit some relatives of Stacey's and do a little sightseeing in Edmonton on the way home. Well we didn't get the sightseeing but got back to Lloydminster just before 11pm.... A lot of driving in a week.
