Point of Entry: On the Tube - Bakerloo line heading towards Warwick Avenue.
Bollocks! I just lost my right glove somewhere in the tube's lobby. I think I dropped it when I was pulling out my camera to take a picture. Strangely enough there was a different black glove that was randomly hanging on the rail where I think I lost mine. Its a little bigger than mine. But it'll do.
Anyway - we're in London. It only took 10 hours. Woohoo!! And its exactly how I remember it. Cold, fast, and very dramatic - ideal for pictures. We got in around 12:30pm but didn't get to our hotel until 2:30
10 Hours Later...
. We had a little trouble with our hotel when we were trying to check in. It seemed as though there was some kind of mix up with regards to our reservation. Nevertheless, we were able to get everything resolved and even managed to get upgraded to an Executive suite. We decided to freshen up a little bit before making our way thru the city. We only had about three hours of sleep but we felt we had enough energy to do a walkabout around inner London. We ended up going to Picadilly Circus and Leicster Square. A very touristy area that's a kin to Times Square. Then we had a brief meal at a Chinese Buffet restaurant named "Mr. Wu." Afterwards we met up with my cousin Kevin. It was really great to see him. He took us to the London Eye. Now, we're headed back to the hotel.... By now you can probably imagine how tired we are. I'm having difficulty writing this entry because I'm so sleepy.... Must.... Get... Some ZZZZ's.
