Our day started at 1:30am at Lima airport. We sat around a while then Ardie and I laid the suit carriers on the back of the chairs and went to sleep. We woke up about 5:30am and got seats on the plane, we got first choice because the plane wasn't to leave until about 7:00. When we arrived Cuzco we were taken to our hotel, Savoy. After a while, we were going to lunch and I had gotten the elevator and had gotten in but Mom and Dad were still coming and the door wouldn't stay open. The elevator went down a floor so I ran back up the stairs to catch Mom and Dad. We got off the elevator and were going in to the restaurant all of a sudden I got really dizzy and almost fainted, mom said. It was a high altitude problem because I ran up the stairs. I sat down and ate a full spoonful of sugar. Even though I got dizzy I ate a fairly good lunch. For dessert we had baked apple. It was delicious. After lunch we went on a city and surrounding area tour. We saw a lot of Inca ruins and a cathedral. After the tour we rested a few minutes then went to see some native dances. It was really neat. After that we had dinner and went to bed.
