We had a long ride today, driving through forests and plains. It was about four and a half hours to Kericho. When we were almost there, it started to rain. The roof leaked a little, so I closed it. Then Peter tried to close it more and it ended up lifting off the roof. Dad and Peter thought they had it fixed, but five minutes later, the corner by Mom became a waterfall. Just like the ones we saw on our way up. Then the corner by Ann leaked, then the one by me. But we got out of the rain and drove through tea fields after tea fields after tea fields after tea fields after tea fields after tea fields after tea fields after tea fields after tea fields after tea fields after tea fields after tea fields after tea fields after tea fields etc. etc. etc. !!!
We arrived at the Tea Hotel in time for lunch. We walked around the grounds, then went swimming in the frigid pool. We did 10 laps; brrrrrrrr. Before dinner, we went to the soapstone shop and I bought gifts for friends.
