Last night, I had a migraine. At 2am, after struggling for hours to make it go away, I finally hauled myself out of the hotel to the emergency room (all the way across town). A shot of immetrex and an hour of rest, and I was fine. I'm not sure how alert I was for the next day's site visit, however.
