We arrived to Adelaide on the 1st January just after lunch time, it was truly a ghost city, everybody was probably still sleeping off the hangover. :-)

Finding a camp to park our campervan was a bit challenging as the central camping ground was full, so we had to look for another one. That afternoon we just walked around the city, most places were closed, so we checked out the river and had a nice relaxing day. On the next day we drove to the local Wicked depot and managed to have our tyres changed as they were getting a bit worn out after those 3.5 thousands kilometres we drove (they were already not that great before). Then we left Adelaide behind and took off to the southern coast of South Australia.

Chegámos a Adelaide no dia 1 de Janeiro, pouco depois da hora de almoço, e encontrámos uma cidade fantasma, provavelmente toda a gente estava a curar a ressaca. :-)

Adelaide

Não foi fácil encontrar um parque de caravanas para passarmos a noite, o mais central estava cheio pelo que tivemos que procurar um outro. Passámos a tarde a ver a cidade, a maior parte do comércio estava fechado, e até encontrar um restaurante não foi tarefa fácil. No dia seguinte levámos a carrinha à garagem Wicked em Adelaide para trocarmos os pneus, pois estes estavam totalmente gastos e ainda tinhamos bastantes kilómetros pela frente. Logo de seguida arrancámos para a costa sul da Austrália Sul (South Australia State).

Do Adelaide jsme dorazili 1. ledna po obede a vypadalo to tu jak mesto duchu, vsichni asi jeste vyspavali opici. :-)

Kemp nejbliz k centru byl samozrejme narvany k prasknuti, takze jsme si museli najit nejaky jiny, chvili nam to trvalo, ale nakonec jsme uspeli. Odpoledne jsme si prosli mesto, vetsina obchodu, restauraci atd. byla zavrena, tak jsme se prosli kolem reky a uzivali si klidneho dne. Druhy den rano jsme se staveli v dilne Wicked a nechali si vymenit pneumatiky, uz zacinaly vypadat vazne uboze po tech 3,5 tisicich kilometrech (uz na zacatku cesty byly trochu sjety). Pak jsme opustili nezajimave Adelaide a vydali se na jizni pobrezi statu Jizni Australie.
