Today was predominantly a travel day, as I left the Shangri-La that is Yangshuo, for a 90 minute bus ride followed by plane ride, to the city of Kunming in Yunnan Province.

The highlight as probably 'Dream'. Not sure if it was a nightmare or otherwise, but 'Dream' was the name of the chinese woman who worked at Coco's Cafe and Hotel in Yangshuo. She organised the cheap bus ride for me to the airport, as she had to go and pick up a group of travellers arriving to stay at the hotel.

'Dream' (between you and me I don't think it was the name her parents gave her) was a bit smitten with a lanky Australian thirty-somethin'. She was big on the accidental lean in and snuggle when goin round corners. Actually come to think of it, even when there weren't corners she'd go the snuggle.

Thankfully, 'Dream' didn't buy a plane ticket, nor attempt to hide in my luggage, and I did manage to get onto the flight to Kunming on my own. She has promised to 'talk to me on the computer' though. Hence I'm expecting a dream email. Oh dear, I'm still a handsome man.
