Ah, I like this city a little more each time I visit.
It's so good to have a day off after a 4 in a row. Those get LONG. And I've had a nice day. I slept in and then went for a bit of a swim, strolled
down Newbury St window-shopping, had lunch on a patio, went over to the
Apple store as Paddy is addicted to the place, then did a bit of fun
store hopping. We're right by the Boston Commons and Public Park again
and it's a perfect fall day. Quite nice to walk through the leaves,
hold hands with a cute boy, find Acorn St (picturesque and most
photographed street in Boston) and enjoy the crisp air. Hmm, I appear
to have a trend of visiting Boston this way with European men. :)
I'm sitting in the hotel lobby as my room internet isn't working. So,
I was just chatting with a couple of the musicians and one of the crew
guys from Ireland. I'd heard Barry talk so little and turns out, I can
barely understand him!! He had to repeat everything he said and even
then I had to piece the meaning together based off of the couple of
words that I picked up. :)
Meeting up with a group for dinner at Legal Sea Foods, recommended and just across the street. Looking forward to a relaxed dinner.
