Radio City Music Hall!!  I made my Radio City Music Hall stage debut as a Celtic Thunder monk- 2 performances, no less.  Strolled about the building and my favorite thing was a Rockettes sign about pizza - it's non-fattening!  Who knew? ;)

Had drinks with Jetski and Erin from my last tour.

Lots of AEG peeps both Tues and Wed.  Got to meet Kyle, another one of my production reps for this tour.  Stacie is out of the NYC office and was my Radio City prod rep - loved her!!  Got to see Mike, my AEG touring manager for Jordin/Jesse briefly at the theatre and the after-show party.

Day off on Thurs started with my first subway ride, solo and all!, on the 6 down to the financial district.  It dropped me right at the Brooklyn Bridge but I held off walking across as that was part of my plans later in the day.  I strolled through the financial district, stopping in Starbucks in check email and grab a coffee and b'fast wrap, seeing the American Stock Exhange, the bull, the New York Stock Exchange, Wall St, the place George Washington was inaugurated.  I did go by the Twin Towers area and still 7 years later, seeing the area for the first time, got goose bumps and was horrified at what took place.  I tried to imagine the city at those moments.  Unimaginable really.  I love that St. Paul's Cathedral, right in the shadows of the towers, was not affected.  Beautiful.

Met up with Ritchie and Paddy to catch the Staten Island ferry.  Free ride that goes by Ellis Island, the Statue of Liberty, Governor's Island and provides great views of Manhattan and Brooklyn and the bridges.  We then strolled over to South St Seaport where we met Stacie and her brother.  Stacie has lived in NYC for 9 years and though wanted to, had not yet walked across the Brooklyn Bridge.  Nice architecture and again great views of the city and Brooklyn but we were fairly exhausted at the end.  Did see CSI NY getting ready to be filmed.  We wanted on a water taxi before they were filming on them so we left before they rolled.  Stacie used to work at Madison Square Garden so got a peek inside the theatre and the arena.  That building is old for an arena!  Also got into the Rangers locker room.  Ironically, I never did get into the Avs or Nugs locker room while I worked at Pepsi.

Your English lesson for the day 'had the hump' means you were upset about something.
