Hello friends!

I'm sitting in the Philly airport and wanted my thoughts to go somewhere other than just round about in my head so I'm blogging. :)  Or podding?

Eating this HUGE salad from Au Bon Pain - definitely the best buy at the Philly airport, coming in under $7 - and I lucked onto this hazelnut vinaigrette.  Which is awful for you, but oh so yummy.  While I don't like hazelnuts in their natural state, I have discovered they are delicious with green beans and, of course, as a chocolately spread. :)  And now, as a vinaigrette.  Somehow, though, the girl messed up my salad twice and didn't have 2 of the options, though I stuck to the checkmark box sheet and she had it to look at...  It's not so tasty all combined - romaine, spinach, carrots, red grapes, gorgonzola, dried cranberries, chickpeas, toasted almonds and of course, this wonderful side of hazelnut vinaigrette.  The chick peas were a last minute substitution to get some more protein and I decided they're more enjoyable picked out separately.  And the girl decided to add the cranberries of her own accord...

And I actually got hit on as I was boarding my plane out of Denver.
Boarded after most everyone was seated and I had a seat in the back of
the plane.  So, I'm patiently waiting for the yahoos in front of me to
stow their bags and get into their tiny seats and I look to my right
and this guy, with large grin in place, by the window motions for me to
sit in the seat next to him.  I shake my head to let him know that's
not my seat.  Wait some more.  Glance back over and even bigger grin in
place, he motions to the seat and gives an 'ah, c'mon, take this seat'
look.  I chuckle, shake my head again and motion that I'm going on
back.  Flattering and keeping me entertained. :)  Too bad he had a
Michigan hat on - Go Boilers!!

My one large suitcase is not completely full and was under 50 lbs.  Woo-hoo for light traveling!

Boarding soon to Binghamton.  Not quite a puddle jumper but it's a smaller plane.  Katie, lighting designer, knows some peeps from this tour so she's already there and staying with me tonight.  And I already feel like I know John, my first of SEVEN production reps, so it's nice to be greeted by some familiar people.

Lots of love,
Andrea

p.s.  Feel free to comment or email so I know that I'm not just blah, blah, blah'ing for nothing! ;)
