That's my biggest challenge/lesson as of late. How to let things go when they simply feel right.
I got to ride on the crew bus last night and, simply put, I just felt at home. I'm enjoying the aspects of the road life, the crew is great, the band incredibly impressive and personable, as well.
This morning, I got to assist with patching for the keyboards/piano. For Chick Corea nonetheless! Such a great opportunity for me. I was hanging out stage left watching and trying to grasp big picture when Brian invited me to help. I'll likely show up at the Paramount Tues a.m. for load-in and repeat so it sinks in. The crew overall is cracking me up as they try to get their share of female attention from the few girls on the tour. ;)
So, I'm working on accepting that there is simply another plan for my life and I need to continually embrace the changes, and thus embrace my future.
