A week has gone by already.
We nearly couldn't believe that our trip was over. I am still not sure that everything actually happened or if it was some sort of wonderful dream.
We headed back to Auckland that morning. We headed for the airport at 6 because we wanted enough time to clean up the car, refuel it and to be sure to arrive early for our international flight.
Once we parked and parted with Depenga we got our boarding passes and it took us a while before we realized that our flight to Melbourne was actually 4 hours with the time difference and not just 2.
Fancy that.
