We land into Heathrow at 7am, and are faced with very lengthy queues. Mayhem. Eventually we are cleared through customs before we collect our luggage and head for Terminal to Dublin. A short train ride and we discover the terminal is quadrooned off, due to a bomb scare. Some sixty minutes later the terminal is re-opened and we are amid real chaos. We manage to check in, dash through security and race to the gates, which are closing!! The flight departs on time, although its only half full!!

At Dublin airport we have a welcoming committee: Ad's Dad and sister Claire awaits, while Fergus's Aunt Margaret is waiting his arrival. Its an emotional reunion. Its great to be back on Irish soil. It's a beautiful day, no rain and quiet warm.

That's all for our RTW 2005/6 experience. We've had a truly great time, to end on a cliché A Once In A Lifetime Experience .
