I tried packing on the weekend and man I have so much crap! Therefore I am not going to buy anything else except some clothes that I really need. I have no idea how I am going to get everything in the backpack. Luckily this time I don't have to carry it around everywhere.
I bought my shoes and am beginning to wear them in. Although I do feel at times that I have small bricks around my ankles. Buying gear for Travelling is like a wedding, the second the word is mentioned everything goes up in price but I would rather have great shoes than make my feet suffer. I am also getting my tetanise shot today. So everything is pretty much on track.

Your Canadian trip is so close.
Hi there. I am new to travelpod. I have been to Canada once only, and your trip sounds awesome. Especially since you are catching up with close friends and relatives.

I know you will enjoy vancouver and Vancouver Island and the Rockies. The weather is very changeable, make sure you have both warm and cool gear, and rain for the west coast. cant wait to hear your adventures.
