Ok so here is my last blog entry,

I haven't done a huge amount since I last made an entry but what I have done I shall tell you about (aren't ya lucky).

One night we went to see a famous American comedian, his name is Ron White (you are probably thinking "who!) Don't worry I didn't know him either but he is very very good! Very funny and very relaxed, he stands on stage with a cigar and a bottle of scotch. His material is very mixed and can get very naughty if you know what I mean.

On a Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday I have been helping out in a certain job! It does hurt me to say this but I have been a referee. It has been an experience I have looked after U8 up to U14 games and all have there extremely competitive coaches who want you to blow the whistle for everything. Very rewarding job, spectators would approach me at the end and say "that is the best game I have watched, it makes a difference when the ref knows what he's doing". Previously I think the standard was low :)

I have done a few coaching sessions with local kids and I have also helped out working in the concessions stands on baseball days! Baseball is very long so people need hot dogs and loaded nachos etc ect to keep there eyes open ha ha!

Gary had won a night in "The Paragon Casino" at a silent auction. So one weekend we drove there, it's in Marksville which is 2 hours away. It was like a mini Vegas, it was amazing! Not sure if you know this but Casino's aren't everywhere like in Britain they are very scarce due to gambling laws in different states. We stayed the saturday night, in a lovely room and did a lot a gambling! We enjoyed an all you can buffett which was truly tasty! We played some poker and ended up retiring about 3 o clock in the morning (me with empty pockets as usual). The place was amazing and even had a pond area with crocodiles in (see photo's).

Kayla which is the oldest daughter in the house had a homecoming dance. I took some photo's cos her and her boyfriend Brandon did look good and it's a big moment in America homecoming. They had a good night at the dance and then ended up going bowling till 2 o clock in the morning. Also worth mentioning is the photo's of the little Geko! This little fella was and inch above my pillow one night, now he is a little cutie but I didn't like the idea of sleeping with him by my head so I moved towards him and he scurried down the wall where he found himself a little hole to hide in. I didn't name him but looking at him now he looks like a Jeff!

I have been out a few times with my friends Shane and Stephanie for food. A few times Stephanie has cooked and I must say she is a great cook. I met Shane on a flight from Miami and funnily enough I had coached his son on one of our summer camps. His son loves "soccer" and Shane really enjoys it now. We have future plans for coaching programs which good be very succesful. They are a very nice family and have been very welcoming to me and if they read this I wanna personally say "Thank you so much, for your kindness".

In the one photo there is a picture of square things on a baking tray with a yellow packet next to it! These are a genius thing you can buy in any super markets. It is cookie dough square, put those squares in the oven for 10 minutes and out pop (not literally cos that would be great) fresh, hot cookies! It's fantastic and I had to add that to my blog.

Overall my adevnture to the United States Of America has been amazing! I have seen some amazing things and have been lucky enough to stay with some amazing people, who really are special people. All in all I have had a fantastic time. I wanna take a quick moment to thank Gary and his family for putting a roof over my head and for putting up with me! They really are amazing people and they all have hearts of Gold "Gary if your reading this thank you so much, you are so generous and you really are a top man!".

If you are reading this thank you for taking an interest in my trip and thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedules to make sure i'm ok :). I have missed my friends and family a lot and just to let you know I will be flying back to London Heathrow this Sunday.

Lot's of love, see you very soon.
