Ok firstly sorry for being slack on this blog lately life has definately slowed down since arriving in Debham Springs but never the less I should be keeping my close friends and family in touch with what i'm doing.

So the same weekend I went to the zoo I was also taken by a friend to a place called "Myrtles Plantation". Type this into you tube or google and have a little read it is labelled as the most haunted place in America. Reason is this place has the most paranormal activity on visits. People have been there and experienced some crazy things.

The plantation was a cotton plantation where a rich family would stay in the main big house and the slaves/workers would stay in the out houses of the plantation and they would work picking cotton for peanuts. Most plantations in Louisiana/America are haunted due to the amount of people who would of worked and died there.

We headed to "Myrtles Plantation", I was going with a girl called Kiersten who is a great girl who I met through my friend Chip. We got there and you could straight away feel the weirdness it's a very old place and has an eery feeling about it. We headed fo what now is the gift shop and enquired about doing the guided tour which was meant to be quite an experience. The lady behind the counter informed us that it was fully booked, "shit" so I begged at the minimum level and she let us get on the tour as there was only two of us.

There were about 40/50 people on this tour. We found out that you could stay over night at this plantation in the rooms that the family used to live in, but there was a 3 month waiting list as freaky stuff does happn in these rooms. About 10 people on the tour were staying at the plantation and were pointed out to us by the tour guide as mad. The tour guide started off by telling us that there was no photo's aloud of the tour, at this point I took a photo of him thinking my flash was off but it wasn't (so busted) see pictures. But there would be one point we could take pictures and he would let us know when.

Once in the house the tour guide started by saying "One of you will get touched by a spirit" he then pointed to the door and said "this door is not locked you can leave at any point but you can't come back in and there are no refunds". Before this point I was quite happy but I was more than a wee bit scared. The tour started in one of the downstairs bedrooms. We would tour the whole of the downstairs only people who were staying would be able to go upstairs. We got to see what they call "the haunted mirror" original name I know. This mirror get's cleaned once every 3 months and every time after it's clean things start apearing on it, touch marks and drip marks it is a freaky mirror. On you tube there is a video where a spirit is seen in it. Again see pictures for the mirror.

The tour as was on a whole uneventful as far as spirits touching me is concerned. We did have a moment where the lights flashed and there was a weird noise for a moment but I wasn't sure if my head was playing tricks on me. After a few other people said they heard the same thing and the tour guide did announce the flash of the lights to be a spirit. It was a great great experience and everyone on the tour was satisfied with the experience. I would love to go back and stay but I really don't think I could stay there all night. We ended the night with a chat about the tour over a few beers.

It was a good night and I will be going back again. Hello to all who read this and I miss you all.
