This tour was great we learned exactly how to make coffee and chocolate. we learned that coffee pickers only make 3-4 dollars each basket they fill up so if you ever live in Costa Rica never become a coffee picker (they don't make very much money)

How to make coffee: first you have to pick the coffee fruit, you have to only pick the red coffee fruits. then you either get two people to turn the handles on a contraption that grades the coffee beans into the actual coffee bean instead of the Fruit, or just poor the coffee fruit into a machine turn the water on the machine on and let technology do the work for you. once the Beans are dry and not slippery (washing them with water) you put them into a really really hot green house to dry the water out of them so its easier to break the husk of them. once you have the husk off of them (done by machinery) you roast them then grind the beans and enjoy.

the chocolate tour was awesome i did not like the chocolate though it was dark that is the reason why. the chocolate is really hard to explain at the end but the same at the beginning except for that its with a coco bean.

the sugar cane drink was awesome it was so good i had about 3 refills
How to make sugar cane drink: first grind all the liquid out of the sugar cane then put in cup squirt tangerine lime juice right out of the Fruit and then enjoy
