I will be quick with our maintenance summary:

Everything got fixed and we are very happy/impressed with Foretravel's customer service. What we liked:
1- They let us stay in the coach while we were waiting so we had our own customer lounge...much more relaxing.
2- Several people were looking after us at once so all the projects were moving at once.
3- Since we were in the coach while they were working we could give input on the work being done in real time.
4- Everyone is very polite, honest and informative and basically makes us feel important.
5- The campground is very's a parking lot but in our experience a very pleasant place to be when waiting for maintenance. And we have something in common with most everyone here----we have a Foretravel.
