Okay, so now I'me getting really anxious to put some miles behind me, and any time or money I have left I really want to spend in Guatemala. Of all the places I’ve seen so far in Latin America (I haven’t been to Bolivia yet), nothing turns me on like Guatemala, where Maya Indians are the majority population and culture, not just some curios in the recycle bin. I still haven’t been to Panama or Costa Rica yet, but that involves a long overland trip through Central America, by which time I’d likely blow off Guatemala.  So I catch a flight to San Salvador, right close but cheaper.  I’ll change plans in San Andres again, but that’s all.
