Today was Richard's Rotorua golf day and I chose to walk and shop and visit some local sights by myself. Sadly there was a Scotch mist in the air for most of the day and it gradually got worse so that tonight it is raining. Nonetheless we enjoyed our dinner at the Pig and Whistle pub - a former police station with excellent Maori carvings. I'm still getting used to the plumes of steam that arise from the most unlikely spots.

Sizzling in Scottsdale
Just a quick note to say all is OK at this end. Not sure if Mum has corresponded with you since they got back from Fla. but she's been busy. Easter weekend was uneventful. It's rapidly turning hot here and have been very busy at work and with travel on west coast. Sounds like N.Z. is more interesting than Aust. Stay healthy! Gina
