Happy Groundhog Day! I see the Pennsylvania groundhog has predicted six more weeks of winter. Gosh it's hard to leave all this behind!! Today it's drain the water, wash the salt and snow off the cars, do last-minute laundry and ironing and water the plants. The limo will get us at 15:15 and our Air Canada flight #755 to San Francisco will leave at 18:00 with any luck. We're due to arrive at 20:35. I'm not sure whether I'll get a chance to write before we're off to Sydney so thought I'd start this before we left.

Geez it looks incredibly hard to leave that depressing scene behind! It looks about the same here except it has been lightly snowing all day...quite pretty actually. Have a great and safe trip! Say hi to the fish at the Great Barrier Reef for me...tell them I'll be popping in for a visit in the future :)
