After 5 weeks of eating nothing but rice and noodles or perhaps fried rice or noodles, or rice with some noodles on the side, rice with bits of chicken, noodles with bits of chicken (the variety is staggering); I was ready for something else.  

Today we went to Pizza Hut. 

My serotonin receptors started going off like those spastic lights you sometimes see on Christmas trees!  Oh sweet cheesy goodness!

When changing diet quickly like this, be sure to have some high fibre fruit or prune juice available. When eating this like this, you will find that the density of cheese to dough ratio is much higher than your body has been used to.  Having guts only used to rice, this can make for an uncomfortable experience. 

Thankfully, in our travel health kit we have plenty of little pills that will 'make you poo'.  And once that starts to increase it's frequency, we also have the little pills that 'stop you from pooing'.  

I don't care.  Give me pizza.
