Lindsey already put an entry for here, but that was a couple of days ago. we leave utila tomorrow. it has been pretty cool. there is a bar here called the jade seahorse which has a garden decorated in gaudi-esque fashion. i finished my open water diving course on tuesday *which means i am now qualified to dive to a depth of 18 metres* and yesterday i did a practise lesson with kiteboarding. flying the kite is fun but the german woman who is teaching me scares me silly. something about germans yelling.... also linds didn't mention that the food on this island is really expensive but there are a lot of really great restaurants and they do NOT skimp on the portions. tonight is curry night i hope.
the only problem has been dealing with the bank here whos cash machine didn't pay us but still debited our account. now we have to get hold of citibank in the uk and get them to sort it becuase the bank here won't.
next stop lago yojoba *sp*, then tegucigalpa, and then off to nicaragua.
