We hit up mexico city´s zocalo, park, and anthropology museum with a vengance. for a huge city it is actually quite pretty, with many opportunities for cheap and delicious street food - culture - and beer!

Toltecs, olmecs, aztecs, mayans, zapotecs, mexicas we cant remember what order but they did some pretty cool sculptures, pyramids and ceremoial altars. they used a lot of bright colours and intricate carvings (some depicting human sacrifices granted) that were amazing to see.

Following this Simon fell down a manhole and badly twisted his ankle so we postponed the ruins for a day and the following morning he managed to limp around Teotihucan and up the worlds 3rd largest pyramid. Impressive and we both had achy legs by the time we´d finished manhole (arboreal)

. Oh and we managed to have a curry in Meixco city and it wasn´t half bad!!!
