We got up at 0444 and got to LAX by 0530. AirTran was already busy and security was standing still. Luckily this leg was 1st class so we by-passed for check-in and security. Los Angeles was cold and so was the airport. John and I were freezing with our sunburns and shorts. (I had pants but John didn't.) We got some breakfast and a Cinnabon for the flight.
There was a jazz band on the flight. A group of young black men having a good time at 0630. One drink and they all fell asleep.
