Hi

or should that be high on the hills there is a lonely goat herd ( still there I think we never saw him)

Well we took a train again to Salzburg, why no the bike I can hear your ask, well its straight into the centre of town no parking problems and easy.

Best german again got us the tickets, what a picturesque town lots of history, castles and monuments even better beer keller and bratwurst for lunch, don't know why I've put 2 Kg on can't understand it.

Well we wandered around the old town then I lost Linda, she  had followed her instinct and found a cafe that specialised in hot chocolates of many kinds, well sometimes you weaken so in we went, chocolate so thick that the spoon stood up in the cup! Linda went quiet all I could hear was the occasional sigh.

There must be a Jenny craig near here somewhere ( not looking too hard )

So here we are in an internet cafe at the Salzburg train station just about to catch a train back with a bag full of the biggest donut the world has ever seen in case we get peckish.

Tomorrow its the Gross Glockner mountain pass if the clouds have lifted of the mountains.

more later

see ya
