After lunch we headed into British Columbia and YoHo National Park to round out our day long tour. It was very amazing
. Each thing you see you feel like it can't be topped and then you just turn a corner and ...amazing all over again!!!
The connection here is slow and some of the pictures I was going to share won't upload, so this will be it for this entry.
You, I think, will also be amazed by tomorrow's exploration! This better work!!
We crossed into the Pacific time zone (again) so I am up early today - not yet used to the time zone, but we will be here for quite a long time, so I will adjust.
Hope everyone is fine!!
July 16 - Day 78 - We boarded a very luxurious bus and all 45 of us headed out sightseeing. Our first stop was the Johnson Canyon just a short drive from our campsite. That was very cool. Next we went to Tanakkah Falls - equally amazing! Next came a trip up to Lake Morine again and this time we climbed up the rocks (actually there were stairs that were hidden in behind so it made it a lot easier for us ole folks)...we actually watched a bunch of people the night before climb up the rocks and we were not doing that. You had to cross a log jam over water and we watched one kid fall in the water, and then really knew that we were not doing that trick! So, we were glad to know that we could get up there at least a bit easier...and the view was to die for!!! We had a great luncheon buffet at the Chateau and again the weather was great and the food was great as well.
