... very well developed, corrupted in anything concerning business but very honest towards simple people, I mean medicine, education and police (while we are sinking in corruption and unjustice). I'm not sure Belarus is interesting as a tourist attraction.

... be interesting. I'm not sure they have enough of hotels, restaurants etc. to digest the top-destination status. In USSR Belarus was not regarded as a tourists' place. If anyone goes to Belarus, please report your impressions in details!!
