... (that's the name) and spend as much time as you like there and then get a boat back to Halong Bay when you want. Cat Ba Island is supposed to be pretty nice once you get away from the main tourist area. This is the option I am hoping to go with ...

... Phong is a nice mix of old town and new buildings, busy harbour. There are beautiful temples, nice beaches of Do Son, Cat Ba island, and not far to visit Halong bay, the world heritage. In my opinion, there are more women working in the education field ...
