... is not to be missed. The scenery is stunning. There are low cost guest houses and hostels all around the Main cable car station in Merida. I was coming from Columbia and stopped on my way to Caracas. If you can visit Merida, it's worth the trip!

Hi We´re in Venezuela now Official rate is 2,400 Black market rate is anywhere from 3,000 to 3,750 (3,000 was at Caracas international airport - we thought we were getting a good deal on our first exchange, the next rate was 20% higher!!!) ...
