We stopped at the 7-11 on the corner of Price and Sumter to get gas and a quick breakfast, then headed out to I-75 North.

We're still at home, planning the trip.  We're all very excited about the big road trip, as well as seeing friends we haven't seen in years.  If we're lucky and don't run out of time and money, we'll try to swing up to Route 66 on our way home.
