I left Lawton, Oklahoma, on July 31, 1968, on a Trailways bus. Arrived in Dallas at 1 pm, where I stayed with my Uncle Bobbie Cavnar, Aunt Margaret, and my cousins Mary, Nick, Chris, and Dick.
