was a nice sunny start for our trip and we made to hammond, la the first day and stayed at koa campground and cooked up some hotdogs and sat back and talked about what we thought it was going to be like living out of a tent for the next couple of months ...

Not extremely happy about it, but I guess it will be nice to sleep in my own bed for a change. I'll write some reminicent note about the whole thing sometime.
