We were lucky enough to be back in Cocoa Beach when a Space Shuttle was launched from Cape Canaveral a few miles away. This was the first time Toby had seen a Shuttle Launch, we went to the beach with some friends.
Our initial plan was to buy a tent and a vehicle and camp across the states, staying in hotels or cabins once in awhile. We soon realized we're too used to A/C, microwaves, refrigerators, etc....and that maybe we needed something to keep our FOOD in ...
