Well, the visas were finally approved on October 2. Jim came home on Saturday, the 6th and we all leave on Saturday, the 13th. It's been a whirlwind of a week, to say the least! It's great to finally be together again, and we've been busy packing ...

Drove from Chicago to Batavia, New York. Passed through Cleveland but didn't stop. Traffic was light most of the way and we made good time. Looking forward to home tommorow,

We flew from Las Vegas to Ohio and drove in a rental car to Batavia.  We got in with enough time to run to the store and get sheets, and groceries for our return trip home.
