Crossing the Sea of Marmara and the Dardanelles was delicious to me because there were no waves and little wind ! Great for chilling and sunbathing ! For my fellow sailers though, it was a bit boring...

... Went to an underground city which used only in critical periods for protection to hide from the Romans around 1800 BC. There were at least 8 levels with narrow passageways. Stop today was at the church of St. Gregory where the Gregorian chant started.
