Datca, Turkey

... on the beach waiting for the full moon to rise up over the sea's horizon. it was gorgeous!!! However sad I was to leave turkey, I was so excited to see my friends who were meeting me in Greece just a few kilometers from where I'd been staying in Turkey.

... beach. On my last day there - I went to the beach and sawm and caught a rockfish (one of the ugliest fish I have ever seen) and had another barbeque ... it was great!  Turkey was def. a highlight in my trıp thus far - and now I am off to Portugal!

I hung up my backpack for the last week and have been letting my Turkish friend show me around his hometown.  Fortunate for me his hometown is this beautiful small town on the water where the Mediteranean and the Agean Seas meet.  In a word - ...
